Upon realizing I had forgotten some belongings, the staff not only located and returned them promptly but did so with a level of care and efficiency that truly impressed me. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. the provision of tea and coffee facilities in the impeccably clean and spacious apartment was a delightful touch, allowing me to enjoy a warm beverage while taking in the charming view of the whole lake from the comfort of my sitting area.
